Outside of work, Kevin finds joy in fishing, vacations, an occasional round of golf and hitting the road with his Airstream. During college football season, he can be found passionately cheering for his alma mater, the University of Colorado – Go Buffs!

MARK SULLIVAN
Growing up on construction sites alongside his family of homebuilders, Mark’s passion for the industry was ignited from an early age. Mark has since over 20 years of experience, completing over 300 homes and over a dozen commercial buildings spanning multi-family, mixed-use and industrial projects.
Mark’s commitment to safety and environmental compliance is evident through his certifications in CESL, OSHA 10 and First Aid, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and safety on every job site. Known for his attention to detail and proficiency in analyzing conceptual changes to provide accurate budget estimates, Mark excels in minimizing scope gaps and confusion between trades. His strong problem-solving skills and calm demeanor contribute to his success in overcoming construction challenges.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially at the beach with their beloved English Labrador, Juniper. A huge fan of the Oregon State Beavers, Mark is also a proud soccer dad and avid book reader.

MARK MAIZEL
A seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and a background in both estimating and project management, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge. His experience spans across various types of construction projects including commercial developments, mixed-use buildings, affordable housing, market-rate apartments, tenant improvements and historical renovations.
Mark is adept at planning, organizing, and executing projects from inspection to completion. He excels in managing project costs, budgeting forecasting, and closely monitoring expenditures to ensure projects stay on track and within budget constraints. He is also skilled in establishing on-site operational procedures and leading teams. He is an excellent team member and has a knack for problem-solving and decision-making.
He enjoys indulging in his hobbies which include deep-sea fishing, crabbing, golf, and basketball. A true sports enthusiast, he is a fan of the Washington Commanders, Wizards, and any University of Maryland sports teams, having grown up in the MD/DC area and graduated from UMD, he is a dedicated supporter.

DAVID MULLENS
A seasoned expert in navigating the complex world of entitlements for projects. With over 30 years of experience, David has been a trusted partner for companies and owners alike, guiding them through the intricacies of the entitlement process with finesse. His extensive work across multiple jurisdictions has honed his understanding to a tee making him adept at steering projects through the various regulatory landscapes.
David’s key strength lies in his ability to keep jurisdictions on track and projects moving swiftly through the system. His keen eye for detail ensures that no stone is left unturned, minimizing delays, and minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency every step of the way.
When he’s not busy securing approvals and pushing projects forward, you can find David catching his breath on cycling routes through project neighborhoods. And when it’s time to unwind, he enjoys nothing more than brewing beer with his family, crafting the perfect blend.

ALLEN MARSH
With over 36 years of invaluable experience in the construction industry, Allen enriches our team with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Throughout his career, he has contributed to a diverse array of projects, ranging from Tenant Improvements to large-scale commercial developments including notable ventures such as a multiple Whole Foods locations including 365 in Lake Oswego, the practice facility for the Portland Trailblazers and the iconic Henry’s 12th Street Tavern.
Allen has forged a reputation for successfully managing projects from inception to completion, consistently driving results on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Well-known for his tidy job sites and organization ability, he brings precision to every facet of his work. He places great emphasis on fairness and readily seizes opportunities to mentor and teach others.
Allen recharges by being with his wife of 35 years, family and all 10 grandchildren. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping, immersing himself in the beauty of nature. On weekends, you’ll often find him cheering on his grandchildren at their sports events or tinkering on his timber farm.

JOHN STELZENMUELLER
John joined our team in September of 2022 after a brief retirement from his years of service with City of Portland Building Department serving as senior inspector.
ASHLEY HULIN
Ashley brings over 20 years of customer service experience to our team, complemented by her Procore Administrator certification. As our dedicated database manager, she oversees trade partner relationships, onboarding processes, and all necessary forms essential to our partnerships. Additionally, Ashley collaborates with our bookkeeper to handle invoicing through QuickBooks and ensures compliance with lien waivers and insurance certificates. Her invaluable support extends to our Project Managers and Superintendents, contributing to our team’s success. She is committed to ongoing growth and development.
When she’s not at work, Ashley is a devoted parent to her three children and enjoys hitting the softball field. She equally enjoys the vibrant atmosphere of crawfish boils, cherishing the camaraderie and good times shares with friends and family.

SAM FEEKIN
With a background in commercial carpentry, Sam has dedicated over two decades to mastering the craft, specializing in concrete-tilt-up-buildings for over 20 years. In the last eight years, he has transitioned his expertise to multifamily projects, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in the field.
Known for his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment, Sam is widely regarded as one of the hardest workers you’ll encounter. He embodies a willingness to lend a hand wherever needed, making him an asset to our team. His unwavering support and loyalty serve as pillars within our team. He consistently demonstrates dedication to our shared goals and values, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported.
Outside of work, Same enjoys spending time with his family, particularly his 12 grandchildren and takes them fishing any chance he gets. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, he is an animal lover, collector, and a tinkerer at heart.

JOHN LANE
John grew up locally in Clark County, being raised in Camas, WA. His construction career has been primarily focused on retail commercial construction, encompassing a wide range of projects from new ground-up builds to tenant improvements, including office spaces, medical clinics, and restaurants. John is particularly adept at remodeling grocery stores in phases, allowing them to remain open throughout the construction process.
John also has extensive experience in Senior Living and Alzheimer Living facilities, having overseen construction projects in 20 states across the country. Additionally, he has built six hotels in the local region and managed large-scale multi-family projects both locally and in Central Oregon.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality, John excels in ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards. His broad experience and ability to handle complex projects make him a valuable asset to any construction team.

JON DUCKWORTH
As the Office Manager and Executive Administrator at Hoff Construction Group, Jon Duckworth plays a key role in keeping daily operations organized and efficient. With a strong background in accounting, a deep understanding of insurance, and a sharp attention to detail, Jon ensures that schedules, financials, and administrative processes stay on track.
Known for his level-headed approach and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, Jon keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing office operations and coordinating schedules to overseeing financial details and insurance logistics, he is always ready to step in where needed. His willingness to learn new things and refine processes makes him an invaluable part of the team.

Whether crafting custom woodwork, installing detailed trim, or perfecting tile layouts, he takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes that elevate each space.
